My Wellness Philosophy

As food is the cornerstone of life’s celebrations, I want to motivate you to embrace an 80/20 philosophy – 80% of the time, we eat things that are supplying nutrients to our body, and 20% of the time, we eat what we want.

What does this mean?

If you want a decadent dessert, a few glasses of fine wine, or warm Italian bread, go for it with ZERO GUILT!

I want you to embrace a whole approach to wellness. I’m excited to explore everything with you on this site, from recipes to exercise to beauty … and everything in between. I try not to write off anything, but instead try an array of options before ultimately deciding what works for me.

I hope that sharing my journey with you will help you continue to stay positive, strong, determined and passionate about being the best version of yourself!
