- It’s not just about the exercise you do or the food you eat – it’s so much more than that. It’s about a balanced relationship with your body, mind and spirit; enjoying nutritious foods while listening to your body.
- Overall health is not “one size fits all” … what works for me may not work for you, and what works for me now may not work for me five years from now.
- Your health is an ongoing journey, not a destination.
